The booking system is pretty straight forward, and seems that 123K customers (19K in H1 this FY) managed to book just fine. You could argue the same point about navigating Webjet once you scroll below the fold. Most of the additional content is to help with their SEO ranking, which see's them on page 1 for most related searches (for exampe 'book airport transfer') and was part of their strategy to dial back paid search.
In my view, since listing it's been all about growth; launching in new countries and expanding their coverage. They have stated 3 strategic priorities for 2020, 1. Improve CX 2. Optimise UX and tech 3. Deliver on company promise. So could hopefully see some UX improvements on the way, but doubt they'd be overhauling the entire platform.
Given they just raised $5M at 30c, I'm interested to understand why you think this is destined for further cap raise at 5c? Maybe I've got JAY very wrong.
