Yes you are 100% right and I am 100% wrong in my assumption. It was probably someone who bought 2mil on 17th Sept just before the close and then dump 1.5mil the next day after the close: I could be wrong here!. Not sure if this is pump and dump in action. I suspect some loss is incurred in these transactions.
