Did I tell you my mate was a successful farmer but got injured so sold his 5ha to a city guy? This city guy couldn't farm so he bought an adjoining property that was also successful, still no joy, so he bought another property. Ended up with 10ha and still couldn't produce anything. Now he thought if I buy another 10ha will I be successful? The answer is no, he could buy all he wants but he cannot farm. So there you have it, he doubled his land but produced no more than before. He should have waited until he could farm and then bought more land.
I realise you are here to protect our investment but after a few of your posts I am still invested, but you've left LPI for another project? As always we wish you well and shame we can't chat anymore, maybe I could pop over to your forums and stir the pot?
