Nov 2018 - PEA released. hailed as great news and a funding deal will be imminent for what could only be a sure thing! it must be sovereign risk thats why no funders are coming!
jan 2020 - Approval granted - sovereign risk no more
8 months later still no deal 20 months since PEA released no deal.
The fundamentals have not changed, funding deal should have been locked in long ago. The ink should have been wet on the contracts the day after approvals granted for what was already a done deal. You can pull up the same powerpoint used 2+ years ago to the one released now saying the same content (see jorc anno mid '18) Not sure which of you works in corporate sales / private equity but some things are plain and obvious.
