Barbal, totally agree!
From what I have read about our last preso it looks as if Vincent put on a decent show and raised some eyebrows?! I get the sense...... like you say, insto/s would like a nice stake and what better way to get them involved!!!! I think Vincent was hoping for a better reaction to the "**anintha Vanadium Concept Study" update, market didnt react as he would have hoped.
I could be way off for all I know, but this is my take on it.
Im in for a minimum 2-3years on this rooster and would see a CR as a good chance to load up! As far as dilution goes, yes its always a bad thing! BUT I have seen way worse.
