Looks an awful lot to me like we'll be seeing a pretty substantial transaction in the near future based on the target ranges!
They can take on some more debt within the 20% gearing target and combine that with the excess cash on hand and spend $500m right now and still remain within all metrics.
With more than $2m per day in free cashflow this amount is increasing quite quickly.......
Get ready for some sort of decent sized decision regarding either M&A or balance sheet management of some sort IMO.
Geez this is undervalued!
EDIT: forgot to mention these numbers are a few months old also! In real time they already have another $200m odd to add to that!
