The Project exceeds the necessary financial management indicators. The underlying issue is that gross profit is many years away, notion of the time value of money, dollar today worth more than a dollar tomorrow. What needs to happen is to bring the Project forward, or as one HC contributor commented, the Project needs to be compressed.
