Actually, on my simple scenario, 5k is the arithmetic average. The NPV average is probably over 6k.
But my point is, this upcoming phenomenon, if you believe in it, will surely produce a huge first decade, and quite possibly great multiples of costs in perpetuity.
So, spot is not such a wild exaggeration.
Rio must be looking at these sorts of scenarios.
