I'm sure he is fully aware of the process, and I hope I wasn't suggesting otherwise.
It's just my experience, that with Approvals, they ain't approved until they're approved (and signed, sealed & delivered)/
I'm just saying that governments can (and do) play all sorts of games with these things.
I just think its better to be a bit hardheaded about it rather than "wishing" it was all done.
In any case, it does leave a great buying opportunity at current price.
Just wish I had some fresh ammo but unfortunately, not the case.
Changing my sentiment to buy because that's what I would be doing if I had a bit of spare dosh right now.
