Good to See PH hasn't changed the numbers to reflect the true pricing at present.
Spot Price at announcement is $10.92 not $11.80, instead he has used the price spike of the past week to his advantage
Base case numbers are already below current pricing which doesn't induce confidence in these figures
30 or 60 day average price would of been a more
accurate representation of pricing in my opinion
it's amazing how numbers can be twisted to draw in new investors!
