He also said he would provide more details when he had it, he can't make things up just to be transparent and provide the answers you want. He also said exactly the reasons for the cost blow out.
Construction costs :
- lanour budgeted for $190/hr vs real costs $250/hr.
1000sqm of concrete is taking more people than budgeted.
We are also building a bigger plant now.
