Honestly, when I make any purchase/investment that will cost me money (new car, home renovation,...), I will ask more than one people and more than two, just to be sure that I won't be scammed. Honestly I want to think that every CEO/CFO or whoever is in charge of searching for funds in a public company will do the same and look for as many possibilities as they are aware of before sealing a funding deal. Going to BMO makes other potential lenders know that LTR is looking for best conditions
From your words, I guess that you make a lot of mistakes by giving your money to the first that comes to you with promises, wether they are about a new car or a new lithium mine. So you are rewarded.
