I was merely pointing out to you that the way of thinking "Its to keep their ideas and clients secret because they'll get poached" is a very risky thing to believe because you cannot say that with certainty. With someone on the board with a history such as BM, I PERSONALLY approach with caution, therefore the more transparent the information is, the more likely I PERSONALLY would be to invest. Which in MY perspective, is currently not the case. That is in absolutely no way defamation and is my opinion only. Hope that explains it for you.
