Canuck81 - Thanks for posting that. This discussion is actually quite alarming as I read it. They propose to do more work over the course of 2022 to "make sure that it actually works" . Then they propose start "design" coming into the end of the year, and will then also consider whether to move ahead with that larger project. It sounds to me that they are a lot further back in the process than I had imagined from reading FYI's presentations. Just jaw dropping !
