As you know I've been here since the SP was under 5c and have been a big supporter.
If I am being balanced, the one that has completely stumped me is below. And I can see why people are very confused about timing as a result.

I've included an extract from the BINDING TERMS sheet. I then included the detail provided in the last quarterly regarding the phases.

Now, I could be missing something, however there appears to be a change to the terms announced to market re the timing of the demo plant construction.
