I think If ALCOA pull the pin the Band-Aid will be ripped off quickly - they won’t pretend to be going to work everyday on a project they can hit the abort button on at any point in time - so I think you are way off that the wheels have well and truly fallen off. Only needing 3 of the 4 PP runs - is good….. needing 5,6 and thinking about 7 and 8 - you could maybe come to your conclusion the wheels are falling off.

let’s see what ALCOA have to say later this month and if provided how good the HPA progress report will be - if it’s good and ALCOA are warming up to shouting HPA from the roof tops then things may speed up a bit - if it’s bland and water down - then that’s nothing really more than I’m expecting
