WTF, so in May last year they said it would be 3 months to decide on whether to sign the JV. Then that got pushed out numerous times. Then they release these new stages and say at the end of these stages they might sign a JV. And now stage 2 isn't even being decided on until December of this year?!!! So an actual JV is still probably a couple of years away?

What an absolute joke.

And what is FYI supposed to be doing in the meantime? Sitting around with their thumb up their a*se? Surely Alcoa are going to be taking the lead on the engineering stuff. They don't mention anything about the potash either that they have spend half a mill on in their last report.

I hold this stock, but I'm already down around 60% and the story just keeps getting worse.
