    A quick look at the chart confirms Bul has run pretty fast since the middle of June, up from 5.2cents to 8.3cents.
    You might expect some profit taking after such a large percentage increase in such a short time.

    Then again any news on a GSA or TO offer might see the price go ballistic.

    Who knows?
