    I would have replied earlier but my house got robbed whilst I was playing golf and my wife was out. Quite a thorough going over. Got the Security guys in tomorrow.

    My valuation is 84 cents and that was before gas prices went up. The institutions got into BUL recently at 8 cents and now are sitting back for a Gas Sales Agreement. ( GSA ).

    If this APA project gets sanctioned then BUL is no longer stranded. They have very valuable permits.
