Genesis Minerals (ASX: GMD) has just appointed high-profile mining executive Raleigh Finlayson as Managing Director to lead the development of the Ulysses Gold Project in WA. Raleigh is the former Managing Director of both Northern Star Resources and Saracen Mineral Holdings, with this presentation providing his first public update on his long-term vision for Genesis.
Main take outs for me were, targeting growing coy x20, good local network connections, disciplined corporate approach, employee buy in/reduced turnover and lots of gold in ground and we expect to add to that and that makes us ambitious.
