I have some questions about page 21 of the presentation:

Short Term - Debt / Equity raising
a) Presumably this is where existing shareholders will get to participate in a SPP (?)
b) According to reports I have read, DM said existing shareholders will be rewarded in some way though the price set for the SPP, but we don't know how much yet?

Medium Term
"Secure a Strategic Partner"
a) What does this mean exactly? Someone with deep pockets gets offered a sweet deal to join the party at the "business end" and existing shareholders get to watch while they are diluted?
b) Why wouldn't they ask retail shareholders for the money required through an SPP?

Dark Horse Offers:
"Secure Equity": What the hell does this mean? How is my equity "secure" if it is being diluted by a "Strategic Partner"

It would nice if these things didn't need to be parsed so much for meaning and they could just speak a bit more plainly.
