The website says 'variable' and my email with management said 'variable'. I didn't take out a loan to prove it though.
As for the raising:
Trading begins of Placement shares: 22 May
SPP Opens: 24 May
SPP Closes: 7 June
Trading begins of SPP shares: 16 June
Would be interesting to see if the SP fell on 22 May (once placement participants can take profit), 2 days in advance of the SPP opening.
