$2 would be almost 20x, but would also be the equivalent of like $6 in old prices (pre-dilution, when comparing market cap).
I was saying that the directors likely don't have enough cash to offset the dilution. But this one at least has quite a bit of cash (or debt) available to offset a good amount of the dilution.
