IMO, when the announcement of the CR happen on 24/01/2020, this created a new resistance level at 2.6c. see diagram below. ever since then, they slowly sold the shares to 2.1c so it did not create a panic, wait for the SP to bounce again and repeat process.
for the SP to get pass 2.6c, we have to hit oil or the sophisticated investor has finished selling. again all in my opinion.
