Every index shows resources will not turn for at least two to four years, maybe longer, and will not get any where near the 2006/7 highs.
The only market for the next few years will be top end easy open cut Met coal, with all infrastructure in place and that needs to be around $10/$12 FOB to pay. Every major coal company in Australia is trying to divest every asset that cannot make that number or leave Australia in care and maintenance.
Look at how many companies have gone into administration that cannot meet the above, what three last week!
