I like the technology and the potential. My only concern is the financials and the dilution that will come with it considering the high cash burn per quarter. The $4.5 mill will last appx 2 quarters. Cost are rising with each subsequent quarter. Yes, this is normal for a growing business.
Have read through the reports and presentations and the reason for my initial post was to determine if anybody here is aware of the potential of sign on/ upfront fees with any future deal. As without any sign on fees the potential for significant dilution is unavoidable as the revenue model will take several years to break even.
Will maintain a position in LNU as markets are doing some strange things of late like valuing GSW on a fully
diluted basis including shares from recent cap raise at $828 mill on revenue of $255k.
That gives me hope for LNU.
