This deal is finalised on the 2nd Dec , after the AGM so i would have thought this is included in the Dec quarter.
Im thinking opex remain 3.5m for 2 quarters before decreasing and revenue may only be 2.5m a quarter not 3.5m as a lot was fees which are one off but everyone can assume what they want.
Also CYCL ARR was 4.7 ARR as at 30 Sept so that might be 5m ( 30% annual increase roughlyas well)
Im thinking revenue should be higher then 9.8 and expense higher
