A question. Are LVT total operating expenses required to maintain the current ARR?
Or are these expenses a result of efforts to increase ARR.
I suspect it is the second option and if so it implies management are pursuing a high growth strategy as pointed out to us shareholders on numerous occasions. spend money to make money.
if there is a major change in market sentiment to the point that investors are no longer willing to put their hand in the pocket then LVT have the option of going it alone ie turn off the expenditure tap somewhat and revert to a cash flow positive model.
but who wants that?
I feel the aim of this company and its leaders is to become a global leader .
There will always be some short term SP pain as the funds aim to make money out of negative sentiment.
