    Hi Caketin

I am so sad, I was going to review results and place order if I liked the results. well I ended up with a tradie trying to sort out the water heater and only got to look briefly and posted my thoughts and went back to try and help get the company to sort out the heat pump. When I got back to my screen it had just traded to 44c and from that moment I was constantly just missing the sell and ended up with it trading virtually all the way back.

I have been lucky before (as you know) so really should not complain.

Having looked at the trade is was 190,000 shares traded at 13.11.57 and hit the bids from 46c , 45.5 , 45 and the remainder hit 44c. Its interesting if I tried to place an order in one hit to sell @44c which would do that to a share thats trading @46c Etrade would reject the order ( they have some scrutiny program and I think its set at varying rates but I know it triggers above 3% and they then manually check to see what the trading volume is bid and decide whether to let it through) , they would insist that I stepped my order - However as I understand it brokers can do what they want. So down it went only to climb back with some big bids coming in. I am not one of those - I just thought that 44c would be better than buying in the DRP so placed my bid to cover the Dividend.

After that it climbed all the way to 46c again.

If those were my shares I would be mad at the broker - cost the person upwards of $2000 and they still have to pay brokerage on that. However I suppose that is why I have most of my business with an online broker.

I have looked for conspiracy in today's trading but it was always going to be a down day. I suppose some may have thought that it could equal the second half of last year around 1.7c EPS but if you had been around then you would have realised that they flagged a rollover of sales that only got into the second half because they missed the cutoff for the first half. So I expected a much more even flow this year.

The cashflow turnaround in this half versus last year was very impressive ( noted by Lorraina earlier) however I was not sure how much of the stock that missed the cutoff at the half year had impacted the working capital. However with a bit of more indepth analysis it looks like Lorraina is correct even if I exclude $600K from the movement because of cutoff Thats still $2.1 million versus EBITDA of $1,6m so they have worked $500K out of the working capital. thats impressive as most times when you make an acquisition WC seems to go up as you bed it down.

Really this looks like a very impressive business management process.
