Worth having a good read and listen to recent conf call. Our understanding is Boeing is comfortable with everything that has been done and have just requested the data bundled in a specific format and they will approve it.
Obviously until we have the bug rubber stamp hit the paper this is not 100% certain but it has certainly been a LONG time coming and plenty of opportunity to think of everything.
In my opinion closest to a sure thing yes binary outcome I have found in my travels with investing in stocks. Obviously everyone has to make their own assessment of the chances of success but I personally can't see there being a problem from my research.
But the doubt is your friend if you are holding / buying pre approval. Leaves us with further good upside.
