Just read the Anns. in more detail. This deal means an eightfold!!! increase in production.

To put that in context: the additional 45.3M shares will increase the number of shares currently (~187.3M) by 24% for a x8 increase (800%) in production. And production will be able to ramp up from "early FY22" - that is very soon. So existing shareholders get the benefit of the expected revenue increases for a just a 24% dilution. Looks like a good deal to me.

I'm relying on figures from LGP, but they have proved to be very reliable in the past.
