The possibility of a TO offer from bigger interested parties...

The possibility of a TO offer from bigger interested parties (including maybe oil/gas majors) is always there, and it certainly reined in further big windfalls for some of us KDR holders at the time of WES's offer being made and snapped up. Another factor that at times has negatively reined in potential gains for some of my past holdings has been companies introducing share consolidations in order to reduce shares available on the market and to potentially increase the value per share.

If the SP games and shorting continue, is there much chance that LTR management might consider a consolidation in order to boost SP and reduce shares available for the gamers? I have no idea if such a move would be really a possibility with LTR, but just curious and interested in any informed comments?
