Well LT has done it again - this resolved the uncertainty about the 'share over hang', adding to RED's already large cash reserves.
RED is now debt free, self funded for both optimisation of KOTH and other plants, with a much enlarged exploration program to maximise organic growth.
The new RED regime is over hauling operational strategies and personnel (as per the outstanding D&D presentation), and has soundly based aggressive plans for efficient expansion of production - all within 6 weeks of finalising the merger ..... LT speaks softly and carries a big stick .... actions speak louder than words.
For all those posters suffering from the FITH syndrome and unrelenting Hot Copper diarrhoea .... seek help .... move on, and stop polluting the RED HC blog with your interminable angst, which is boring the tits off those looking for constructive analysis and information ..... and stop with the endless LT slanders ... if you lost money trading SLR, then you lost that money, not LT or your broker .... YOU .... get it.
It would seem that the SP nadir will be 33.5c and subsequent trading should see RED gravitate back towards 40c .... all other things being equal.
Meanwhile, GMD remains at extraordinary levels for its mere 140k oz p.a production .... there's a lot of expectations in that SP.
The emphatic emphasis by the new management and BOD on maximising internal organic growth means M&A is very much a second order issue, and further M&A will happen if and when the opportunities arise .... and please, don't expect LT to announce it before it happens.
