You are right to point out that the block of shares was sold without continuous disclosure to shareholders. On the other hand, LT must have been aware if we are to believe its significant sale (an excellent operation for it...) at more than 40 cents ?!
Given the composition of the shareholders, it is still surprising that institutional investors do not react and let LT act as it pleases, sometimes in disregard of its shareholders and not respecting its primary task which is to protect their interests !
P.S. Yet another sale of almost 30 million shares just before the close at a price not reflecting the real value of RED and strangely reminiscent of the last months of DACIAN...
