You are absolutely right ! Unfortunately, despite the fine words and promises of J. Longo when he was appointed, ASIC hardly addresses any of the complaints of small shareholders and protects the big ones !
A typical case is that of Chris Wallin who literally swindled the minority shareholders of SMC, serious misconduct recognized by the Panel and A. Bulman (banning of the expert van Dieren), but not by ASIC (so far...), despite a few dozen complaints filed!
