Didn't you just type "My understanding is we are still waiting confirmation whether initial project was successful and if bank is proceeding with the remainder of 1.7m project." and now you believe there is $500k in project payments?
There is no way subscriber receipts will fall from $130k to $100k. I'm predicting receipts to increase to $150k.
Out of the 6 Telco's, only Vocie Factory & BluIP have connected customers.

3. Amcom/Novum - Feb16
4. Macquarie Telecom - Feb16
5. Singapore Telco - Mar16
6. MyNetFone - Mar16
As I have previously mentioned, Voice Factory is already up to 2,100 paying users. I'm not expecting much from BluIP as they only have 2,000 recording subscribers, so they may get little from on-demand service.
Once the Singapore Telco is locked in, then this deal alone is worth $2.4m pa.
