    I don't understand.

    The JV will pivot back to WE3 as soon as they have everything in place. In the meantime, they'll proceed with WE4 & WE5. STX being operator doesn't really change that.

    Investor presentations generally do not present any new information. Those come from the announcements. Rather they're used to provide context/colour to the company's activities.
