When you put it like that... there was sensitive information that Lou had access to and sold shares with that information in mind...
I think airing the dirty laundry with this announcement is good though. It seems like they're trying to better inform us (although they conveniently left off any $$$ for potential revenue from contracts and the estimated 1HF19 sales forecast which is imperative to us making an informed decision on whether to buy/sell at the current cash burn rate).
