if they didn't raise the cash now to cover future option exercise commitments (A$15m) we'd all be making claims SFX was cum-raise again and any price rally would be received with complete (and justified) suspicion of capital raise. At least this takes any concerns of that off the table as we head into a period of significant newsflow in the dry season at Thunderbird.
