Agreed on the royalty...anyone using the $0.73/t must be stupid.
I don't agree on the grade argument though. Grade is only relevant if you don't have the surface area available to build cheap evaporation ponds. If you have space, you spend a little more capex but can evaporate significantly larger volumes of brine. Summer evaporation rates in Western Australia will double the SOP grades of brines in a matter of weeks.
