This has been one of my worst investments in my career and I sold on open today. Quite Simply Tom Rudas is the worst managing director of a revenue generating company on teh ASX that I have come by. I wanted to initiate an S249D ages ago but as the major holder seems to support him there is nothing i kne i could do. I have been trying to exit in the low 2's for sometime but today caught me by surprise given the discount.

I personally believe the major shareholder by stealth is going to own this asset.... they get interest on their loans, convert there loans at a discount and will take their rights...
