I know ide feel a lot safer in a merged ndo/otto entity .
reserves and cash-flows would be healthy, debt manageable, combined drilling and exploration prospects become more exciting for both shareholders.
ide be happy to swap 2.5 NDO=(9c) for 1 OEL=(9c)
perhaps the combined entity would trade over 15c on open.
