re: Ann: Investor Presentation - Excellence i... Can you see nido management wanting to go for something which will result in loss of their own jobs. Always will be an element of self interest in management of companys especially so when jobs are on the line. There is clear synergy between the two companies but i cannot see nido voluntarily being taken over unless jobs for the boys are kept which negates any synergy from admin costs ect
