If we didn't buy the tenements in the first places, probably we wouldn't received an offer for ALB.
So thank God someone (Andy in the first place) has seen the opportunity there and purchased those tenements for 2cents (figurative).

Spoke with Andy yesterday too and wished them good luck with the conference and meetings.

Presentation slides were limited in number but I think the majority of the attendees were there to listen at what CGH had to say also.

Presentations are just a facade (see what happened at LKE which had beautiful presentation slides over the last 2 years).

1-2-1 and private meetings are the important things. Most of all though, Quality resources/reserves and permissions in place are critical, together with demand for Li.
