What you are missing is that conversational Avatars use a lot of computing power to run and are slow to respond.

Unith have developed and are in patent phase to run Avatars much more cheaply, they can run hundreds or thousands of conversations more than competitors for the same computing power. This makes our Avatars significantly more profitable at $25-50,000 per year subscription.

At the moment there is a trade off for this increased responsiveness, and that is the facial expressions may appear less animated than other Avatars, but this will improve over time.
