Questions and answers AI is different but may need 'learning' about a companies products and a more time to develop case of case.(am i wrong?)
ChatGBT AI - Gets all the company info dumped into a file for the AI to scan through and formulate an answer.

Does ChatGBT have the IP set in stone for that?

Potentially UNT could integrate this type of function with 'Questions and Answers' - with their team of experts.
They have been in the process anyway!
