Come on Minister of Mining. Create JOBS for your own people, don't you care about your own people.
The project is located on your country (Botswana) for your own people, for your own government to collect tax.
If BML had approval in 2012, BML would have been a producer by mid-2014 and paying tax to Botswana government. Local people can put food for their own family.
Instead everyone got nowhere.
