Followers - is it possible that TLM/SFR both want to keep share price down to keep SFR take over of TLM in play? If TLM market cap get's too big then it may take this option off the table.
TLM have more than enough funds to get to mining decision on Monty (which is a fait accompli for SFR as it will deliver a far better mine schedule than they have currently).
Just a thought!!
