No+Sounds illegal+Can't think of a mechanism by which TLM could take part in the scam. If SFR want t/o, I doubt TLM would be complicit in trashing their own SP first.
TLM will go up when buyers buy more stock than sellers can sell them. Fundamentally, there is every good reason why that will occur, despite insipid general and sector sentiment.
