If management continue to tow the line of confidence and continue on with business as usual then we can be pretty sure KDR have no case to answer. That's why I am interested in exactly what he has to say about the case. The damage it does in the mean time (surety on offtake deals, CR's and other long term arrangements) is where the problems lay. It would be interesting if we could conceder these as quantifiable damages against MZN when we defend the case. Good luck to all MZN holders with not too much money.
